Four Simple Steps:
1. Soak the planks for 2 or more hours prior to use.
2. Rub the spice blend on the salmon.
3. Place the salmon on the plank, then the plank on the grill at 200-220°C.
4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 71°C.
