Rhinegold is bringing its country footwear range to a wider audience, with its Spanish leather boots at the centre of the collection.

The brand is part of Snowhill Ltd, a family-run business with more than 30 years in the trade. Its boots have long been familiar to equestrian customers, but they are made for much more of life outdoors: country walks, dog walks, weekends away and everyday trips into town. Snowhill is now looking to introduce the range to new stockists, including garden centres.

The Spanish leather collection includes three different styles. The Witney is a pull-on, mid-calf boot, lined with soft faux fur, available in black or brown. The Broadway has a lace-up fit, padded cuff and a fleece lining, with sizes extending to 12. The Burford is a shorter boot with an inside zip and faux fur lining. All three use supple waterproof Spanish leather. All retailing between £96.50 - £138.00

They sit within a wider country range that gives customers a choice of heights, fits and finishes.

The Classic looking Beaumont is available in standard and wide calf fittings. The Albany pairs leather with suede and tweed, while the Hampton offers a classic mid-calf style. Other styles include the laced Manhattan, the winter-ready Arctic, and the Colorado, Brooklyn and Montreal boots. All retailing between £85.00-£115.00

This wider choice means a shop can offer footwear for different tastes and seasons without treating country life as one look or one kind of customer.

“The new Spanish leather styles are a lovely addition because they feel immediately comfortable and are easy to wear day to day. We would love more people to discover them, whether they ride horses or simply enjoy getting out into the countryside.”
